General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

for the online shop and from nydo at www.nydo-studio.de

"nydo" is a brand of Designmöbel Direkt GmbH. The contractual partner for orders in the online shop www.nydo-studio.de and the provider of all services mentioned there is exclusively Designmöbel Direkt GmbH. Wherever "nydo" is mentioned in this privacy policy, Designmöbel Direkt GmbH is legally meant.

Below you will find out what data we collect, how we use it, on what basis this is done and what rights you have.

1. General

  • Our online shop can be used by all customers aged 18 and over.
  • We only sell in household quantities.
  • These GTC apply to all orders placed via www.nydo-studio.de. Separate B2B GTC apply to entrepreneurs.
  • "Working days" are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Registration & Use

  • For an order, we need your personal data. This data will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy.
  • Please keep your data up to date and handle access data confidentially.
  • Content that you post on our site (e.g. reviews) must not violate the rights of third parties. nydo receives a simple, revocable right of use for publication on our channels.
  • Only one customer account may exist per customer.
  • Misuse or illegal use can lead to the blocking of the account.

3. Conclusion of contract

  • The contractual partner is Designmöbel Direkt GmbH.
  • Contracts are concluded exclusively in German.
  • By clicking on "Buy now", you submit a binding offer.
  • You will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This is not yet an acceptance. The contract is only concluded by our shipping confirmation or delivery.
  • Order data will be stored and sent to you by e-mail.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs

  • The prices stated on the article page at the time of the order, including VAT, apply.
  • Shipping costs and any surcharges for additional services (e.g. assembly) are shown separately.
  • The price in the checkout is decisive.

5. Assembly Service

  • We offer a chargeable assembly service for selected products.
  • Assembly is carried out by nydo or commissioned partners.
  • Painting or electrical work is not part of the service.
  • Upon handover after assembly, the risk passes to you.
  • Photos can be taken for documentation purposes (see privacy policy).

6. Payment Methods

We offer: Advance payment (SEPA transfer), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna (invoice, instant payment, installment plan).

  • Processing is done via Shopify Payments or Mollie.
  • For Klarna, Klarna's T&Cs/privacy policy apply. A credit check may be performed.

7. Invoices

You will receive invoices electronically by e-mail (§ 14 UStG).

8. Vouchers

  • Promotional vouchers (e.g. influencer codes) are not for sale, have limited validity and do not apply to shipping or assembly costs.
  • Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
  • Remaining amounts will not be refunded.
  • Statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Delivery

  • Delivery only within Germany.
  • Delivery time and shipping method (parcel or freight forwarding) depend on the product page.
  • Nydo is not liable for delays due to force majeure. If this lasts longer than 8 weeks, both sides can withdraw from the contract.
  • If delivery fails for reasons for which you are responsible, you bear the costs for renewed delivery and, if applicable, storage.

10. Warranty & Liability

  • The statutory liability for defects applies.
  • For used goods, the limitation period is one year.
  • nydo is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
  • In the case of simple negligence, only for essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
  • Claims under the Product Liability Act, for injury to life, body, health, in the case of fraudulent concealment or in the assumption of a guarantee remain unaffected.

You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. You can find details in our cancellation policy

13. Consequences of withdrawal

  • In the event of withdrawal, we will refund all payments, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receipt of the return.
  • You send returns to the respective return address provided.
  • nydo bears the return shipping costs within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal.

14. Voluntary Right of Return

  • In addition, we grant a voluntary right of return of 100 days.
  • The goods must be returned complete and in perfect condition. Original packaging is desired, but not obligatory.
  • Statutory rights remain unaffected.
  • The costs for the return are borne by nydo if all the above conditions are met.

15. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of nydo until full payment.

The GTC valid at the time of the order apply.

22. Final Provisions

  • German law applies, UN sales law is excluded.
  • Should a provision be ineffective, the remainder of the contract remains effective.
