Dispute Resolution
Nydo is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. In the event of a dispute, legal recourse is available in accordance with the Swiss Civil Procedure Code (CPC).
Online Dispute Resolution
Notice for consumers residing in Switzerland: The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ – This platform is primarily intended for EU consumers. Consumers in Switzerland may seek legal recourse in accordance with the Swiss Civil Procedure Code.
Return Policy
Voluntary Right of Return
Swiss law (CO) does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, nydo grants the following voluntary rights of return, depending on the product category:
Pillows – 14 days
For pillows, a voluntary right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods applies. The goods must be returned unused and in a hygienically impeccable condition. For hygiene reasons, returns are excluded if the protective packaging has been removed after delivery. Return shipping costs are borne by nydo.
Sofas & Armchairs – 100 days
For sofas and armchairs, a voluntary right of return of 100 days from receipt of the goods applies. The goods must be returned complete and in perfect condition. Original packaging is preferred but not mandatory. Return shipping is free of charge – on request, we can arrange collection via our logistics partner Gyger. Please contact service@nydo-studio.ch.
Consequences of Return
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
- No additional fees will be charged.
- You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
Statutory Rights
The voluntary right of return does not affect your statutory warranty rights under Art. 197 et seq. CO. To exercise your right of return, please contact: service@nydo-studio.ch.
