Du übernimmst die kommerzielle Verantwortung für nydos wichtigste Region; Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz. DE und AT führst du direkt, die Schweiz wächst du gemeinsam mit der Country Managerin Schweiz, und nach und nach baust du dein eigenes DACH-Team auf. Volle P&L-Verantwortung, enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Foundern, viel Hands-on. Hohes Tempo, klare KPIs und echter Impact ab Tag eins.
You will take commercial responsibility for nydo's most important region; Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will directly manage DE and AT, grow Switzerland together with the Country Manager Switzerland, and gradually build your own DACH team. Full P&L responsibility, close collaboration with the founders, and a lot of hands-on work. High pace, clear KPIs, and real impact from day one.
