Yes - delivery to your living room including assembly is always included in the price. There are no hidden costs.
How long will it take for my sofa to be delivered?

The delivery time depends on the specific model and production.
As soon as your sofa is ready, we will contact you to arrange delivery with our logistics partner. You will usually receive your sofa within 6–8 weeks. You will be informed as soon as it leaves our factory.
Do I have to assemble my sofa myself?

No, assembly is included. Our team will set up your sofa directly at your place, connect all modules, attach the legs, and check the stability. Afterwards, the packaging material will be disposed of – you don't have to worry about a thing.
Can I refuse the assembly service?

Yes, if you would like to assemble it yourself, please let us know briefly before delivery at service@nydo-studio.de.
Can you take my old sofa with you upon delivery?
Can you take my old sofa with you upon delivery?
Yes, gladly. For €150 per sofa, we will pick up your old piece on the delivery day and dispose of it properly. The service can be easily added during the order. Please note: It is firmly booked and non-refundable.

Our tours are planned with sustainability in mind, so fixed times are not always possible.
However, you will receive a notification in advance with the planned delivery window. If this does not suit you, you can arrange a new appointment directly with our logistics partner.

Please ensure that access to your living room is clear. If there are narrow stairs, low ceilings, or long distances (over 150m), please inform us in advance so that we can plan the delivery optimally.

Address changes are usually not possible after an appointment has been made. Please check your information carefully when ordering.
What happens if I miss the delivery deadline?

If a delivery appointment is canceled or missed less than 24 hours in advance, our logistics partner charges a fee of 250€. A new appointment will be scheduled thereafter.

Your fabric samples will be shipped free of charge within Germany and usually arrive within 3–5 working days.

How does the 100-day trial work if I don't like it?
You have 100 days to try out your sofa at home. If it doesn't suit you, we'll pick it up free of charge and you'll receive a full refund of the purchase price.

In addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer you a voluntary 100-day return policy. If you change your mind during this period, you can return the sofa.

No. You don't have to keep the original packaging. We will take care of safe transport during collection.
Warranty
What warranty comes with nydo sofas?
What warranty comes with nydo sofas?
Each nydo sofa comes with a 10-year warranty on the frame and seat suspension, and a 2-year statutory warranty on covers, upholstery, mechanisms, and other parts.

We offer a 10-year warranty on the construction of our sofas. Quality you can rely on for the long term.

Please send an email to service@nydo-studio.de with your proof of purchase, a brief description of the problem, and photos for documentation. We will review your request as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution – from repair to replacement.

Normal signs of wear and tear such as creases, seat impressions, or slight color changes, as well as damage caused by improper handling or cleaning, are not covered.

If the defect can be repaired, we will commission our service department. If a repair is not possible, we will replace the affected part or the entire product.

You can pay with us via SEPA bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna (invoice, instant payment, installment plan).

This depends on the chosen payment method. For credit card or PayPal, the charge is made directly upon purchase; for SEPA or Klarna, it is made after order confirmation.
