We believe in the quality and longevity of our sofas. That's why we offer you more than just the statutory warranty: 10 years warranty on the structural elements of your sofa.

1. Scope of Warranty
Ten (10) years warranty
- Frame (frame construction and non-moving, load-bearing parts)
- Seat suspension (heavy-duty wave springs made of hardened steel)

Two (2) years statutory warranty
For all other parts, the statutory warranty period of two (2) years from the date of purchase applies:

• Fabric or artificial leather covers
• Leather covers
• Upholstery and cushion fillings
• Mechanisms and movable parts (not the suspension)
• Mechanical components
  
• Fittings and hardware

This warranty applies exclusively to private use. It is non-transferable and valid only with the original proof of purchase.

2. Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear (e.g., seat impression, wrinkling, color changes)
• Damage due to improper storage, assembly, or cleaning
• Damage due to misuse, overuse, alterations, or accidents
• Damage due to outdoor placement or placement in damp rooms

The warranty does not cover indirect damages beyond material or manufacturing defects – to the extent permitted by law.

3. Making a Warranty Claim

Please contact our customer service and send us:

• a copy of your proof of purchase
• a brief description of the defect
• photos for documentation

We will promptly review your request and arrange a solution – from repair to replacement.

4. Statutory Rights
This warranty supplements the statutory warranty rights applicable in Germany - two (2) years from purchase. Your statutory rights remain unaffected..
