Store Manager Frankfurt
Hello!
We are nydo: a well-funded, founder-led D2C label that is rethinking the premium sofa. We combine Italian-inspired designs, honest European craftsmanship, and uncompromising seating comfort — timeless furniture that lasts. Sold through a closely integrated online & offline experience. We act fast, think big, and scale across Europe.
Why ambitious people love nydo
- Real responsibility from day 1. You join a small leadership team and take ownership of your results (not just tasks). Your work shapes product, ops, and growth, and you see impact in weeks, not years.
- Pace & Scale. We are funded and ready to grow; fast decisions, big projects, and enough room to test boldly.
- Premium Product & Clear Mission. We sell thoughtfully designed sofas: high-quality materials, long warranties, and service that turns customers into fans.
- Learning close to the founders. Work directly with the founders and investors, present to stakeholders, and write the growth playbook with us.
Our values (how we work)
- Design: elegant, minimalist, precise.
- Comfort: the product promise — everything else is support.
- Ownership: we deliver, and we take responsibility.
- Curiosity & Speed: test, measure, learn, repeat.
- Hands-on: 80/20 thinking and active implementation.
